HPI Permanent Waterproofing System Application Guide :
1. EVERDURE CALTITE System

HOW TO SPECIFY:
“All concrete (specify section) shall be waterproofed by the addition of Cementaid HYDROPHOBIC POREBLOCKING INGREDIENT(HPI) named EVERDURE CALTITE System, in such a way that the concrete shall have a corrected 30 minute water absorption of not greater than 1.00 % as measured by BS 1881:Part 122:1983 except that the age at test shall be 7 days and shall complying with the EVERDURE CALTITE System minimum requirement stipulated below. The dosage of EVERDURE CALTITE shall be at the rate of 30 liters per cubic meter of concrete and shall be combined with Hyperplasticiser(SPC203) at 0.45% to 0.55% by weight of cement, so that the resulting (water+30)/cement ratio shall not be more than 0.37 and that the EVERDURE CALTITE concrete slump prior to placing is at 14 cm to 18 cm. EVERDURE CALTITE concrete shall be cured using Cementaid CALCURE B*R at a rate of 1 liter per 5 to 8 m2.”
2. 3CC SYSTEM

HOW TO SPECIFY:
“All concrete (state section) shall be waterproofed by the addition of Cementaid HYDROPHOBIC POREBLOCKING INGREDIENT(HPI) named 3CC System, in such a way that the concrete shall have a corrected 30 minute water absorption of not greater than 1.50 % as measured by BS 1881:Part 122:1983 except that the age at test shall be 7 days and shall complying with the 3CC System minimum requirement stipulated below. The dosage of 3CC shall be at the rate of 15 liters per cubic meter of concrete and shall be combined with Hyperplasticiser(SPC203) at 0.45% to 0.55% by weight of cement, so that the resulting (water+15)/cement ratio shall not be more than 0.37 and that the 3CC concrete slump prior to placing is at 14 cm to 18 cm. 3CC concrete shall be cured using Cementaid CALCURE B*R at a rate of 1 liter per 5 to 8 m2.”
3. AQUAPEL 10 SYSTEM

HOW TO SPECIFY:
“All concrete (state section) shall be waterproofed by the addition of Cementaid HYDROPHOBIC POREBLOCKING INGREDIENT(HPI) named AQUAPEL10 System, in such a way that the concrete shall have a corrected 30 minute water absorption of not greater than 1.75 % as measured by BS 1881:Part 122:1983 except that the age at test shall be 7 days and shall complying with the AQUAPEL10 System minimum requirement stipulated below. The dosage of AQUAPEL10 shall be at the rate of 10 liters per cubic meter of concrete and shall be combined with Hyperplasticiser(SPC203) at 0.45% to 0.55% by weight of cement, so that the resulting (water+10)/cement ratio shall not be more than 0.37 and that the AQUAPEL10 concrete slump prior to placing is at 14 cm to 18 cm. AQUAPEL10 concrete shall be cured using Cementaid CALCURE B*R at a rate of 1 liter per 5 to 8 m2.”
4. AQUAPEL SYSTEM

HOW TO SPECIFY:

The dosage of AQUAPEL shall be at the rate of 8 liters per cubic meter of concrete and shall be combined with Hyperplasticiser(SPC203) at 0.45% to 0.55% by weight of cement, so that the resulting (water+8)/cement ratio shall not be more than 0.37 and that the AQUAPEL concrete slump prior to placing is at 14 cm to 18 cm. AQUAPEL concrete shall be cured using Cementaid CALCURE B*R at a rate of 1 liter per 5 to 8 m2.”
5. REDSEAL4 SYSTEM

HOW TO SPECIFY:
“All concrete (state section) shall be waterproofed by the addition of Cementaid HYDROPHOBIC POREBLOCKING INGREDIENT(HPI) named REDSEAL 4 CGW System, in such a way that the concrete shall have a corrected 30 minute water absorption of not greater than 2.30 % as measured by BS 1881:Part 122:1983 except that the age at test shall be 7 days and shall complying with the REDSEAL 4 CGW System minimum requirement stipulated below. The dosage of REDSEAL 4 CGW shall be at the rate of 4 liters per cubic meter of concrete and shall be combined with Hyperplasticiser (SPC203) at 0.45% to 0.55% by weight of cement, so that the resulting (water+4)/cement ratio shall not be more than 0.37 and that the REDSEAL 4 CGW concrete slump prior to placing is at 14 cm to 18 cm. REDSEAL 4 CGW concrete shall be cured using Cementaid CALCURE B*R at a rate of 1 liter per 5 to 8 m2.”
6. REDSEAL2 SYSTEM

HOW TO SPECIFY:
“All concrete (state section) shall be waterproofed by the addition of Cementaid HYDROPHOBIC POREBLOCKING INGREDIENT(HPI) named REDSEAL 2 CGW System, in such a way that the concrete shall have a corrected 30 minute water absorption of not greater than 2.50 % as measured by BS 1881:Part 122:1983 except that the age at test shall be 7 days and shall complying with the REDSEAL 2 CGW System minimum requirement stipulated below. The dosage of REDSEAL 2 CGW shall be at the rate of 2 liters per cubic meter of concrete and shall be combined with Hyperplasticiser (SPC203) at 2.00 liter/m3 of concrete, so that the resulting (water+2)/cement ratio shall not be more than 0.40 and that the REDSEAL 2 CGW concrete slump prior to dosing SPC203 ranges from 6 to 8 cm and the slump prior to placing REDSEAL 2 CGW concrete should be at 12 cm to 16 cm. REDSEAL 2 CGW concrete shall be cured using Cementaid CALCURE B*R at a rate of 1 liter per 5 to 8 m2.”
7. CALPATCH *R
HOW TO SPECIFY:
“CALPATCH *R is high grade mortar/ concrete admixture suitable for repair of most concrete pavements such as roads, bridges, airport concrete runway/ taxiway, concrete car parks and warehouse. CALPATCH *R can also be used as a fast setting grout admixture in repairing equipment foundation such as filling the gaps between concrete pedestal and equipment base plate. CALPATCH *R is a fast setting patching mortar/ concrete admixture which can be achieve high early strength and high ultimate compressive strength concrete/mortar.”
8. CALPATCH *RWC
HOW TO SPECIFY:
“CALPATCH *RWC is a high grade mortar/ concrete admixture suitable for repair of most concrete pavements such as roads, bridges, airport concrete runway/ taxiway, concrete car parks and warehouse. CALPATCH *RWC can also be used as a fast setting grout admixture in repairing equipment foundation such as filling the gaps between concrete pedestal and equipment base plate. 1. 3CC PB (B) REINFORCED

HOW TO SPECIFY:
“All concrete (specify section) over non-habitable area(high-end project) / over habitable area(medium-end project), shall be waterproofed by the addition of Cementaid HYDROPHOBIC POREBLOCKING INGREDIENT(HPI) named 3CC PB(B) REINFORCED System, in such a way that the concrete shall have a corrected 30 minute water absorption of not greater than 1.50 % as measured by BS 1881:Part 122:1983 except that the age at test shall be 7 days and shall complying with the 3CC PB(B) REINFORCED System minimum requirement stipulated below. The dosage of 3CC PB(B) REINFORCED shall be at the rate of 15 liters per cubic meter of concrete and shall be combined with Hyperplasticiser (SPC203) at 0.55% to 0.65% by weight of cement, so that the resulting water/cement ratio shall not be more than 0.36 and that the 3CC PB(B) REINFORCED concrete slump prior to placing is at 16 cm to 20 cm. 3CC PB(B) REINFORCED shall be incorporated with 0.60 kg of 12 mm anti-crack fiber to further reduce shrinkage crack. 3CC PB(B) REINFORCED concrete shall be cured using Cementaid CALCURE B*R at a rate of 1 liter per 5 to 8 m2.”
2. Aquapel 10 PB REINFORCED

HOW TO SPECIFY:
“All concrete (specify section) over non-habitable area(medium-end project), shall be waterproofed by the addition of Cementaid HYDROPHOBIC POREBLOCKING INGREDIENT(HPI) named AQUAPEL10 PB REINFORCED System, in such a way that the concrete shall have a corrected 30 minute water absorption of not greater than 1.75 % as measured by BS 1881:Part 122:1983 except that the age at test shall be 7 days and shall complying with the AQUAPEL10 PB REINFORCED System minimum requirement stipulated below. The dosage of AQUAPEL10 PB REINFORCED shall be at the rate of 10 liters per cubic meter of concrete and shall be combined with Hyperplasticiser (SPC203) at 0.55% to 0.65% by weight of cement, so that the resulting (water+10)/cement ratio shall not be more than 0.36 and that the AQUAPEL10 PB REINFORCED concrete slump prior to placing is at 16 cm to 20 cm. AQUAPEL10 PB REINFORCED shall be incorporated with 0.60 kg of 12 mm anti-crack fiber to further reduce shrinkage crack. AQUAPEL10 PB REINFORCED concrete shall be cured using Cementaid CALCURE B*R at a rate of 1 liter per 5 to 8 m2.”
